About Me
With over two decades of diverse professional experience, I am a seasoned expert in accreditation, quality management, and technical leadership. My career spans pivotal roles in both public and private sectors, where I have significantly contributed to the advancement of quality assurance systems. Holding a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems, I bring a robust technical foundation and strategic vision to my work. As a Senior Accreditation Specialist at Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC), I lead assessments for ISO standards, mentor teams, and prepare organizations for international peer evaluations. My journey also includes impactful tenures at Pakistan National Accreditation Council and private certification bodies, where I honed my expertise in ISO compliance, internal audits, and system development. Driven by a commitment to excellence, I have participated in global conferences, peer evaluations, and training programs, shaping my ability to deliver innovative solutions and foster continuous improvement in organizational systems:
- Participated the peer-evaluation visits in EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Center) from PAC, APAC, ARAC for Management Certification Schemes (ISO/IEC 17021-1) for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 & ISO 22000 schemes, Certification of Persons (ISO/IEC 17024:2012) and Product Certification Scheme (ISO/IEC 17065:2012) since 2014.
- Participated the peer-evaluation visits in PNAC (Pakistan National Accreditation Council) from APLAC and PAC for Testing & Calibration Labs Scheme (ISO/IEC 17025) and Management Certification Schemes (ISO/IEC 17021) for QMS and EMS since 2009 & 2013 respectively.
- On-hand practical experience of working both in private and public sector organizations.
- Worked in two accreditation bodies, i.e., PNAC and EIAC.
- Worked in a 3rd party independent private sector certification body as Quality/Technical Manager.
- APAC Peer Evaluator for QMS Scheme.
- Worked as QMR (Quality Management Representative) and Deputy QMR for the Accreditation Body (AB) as per ISO/IEC 17011 and as well as in Certification Body (CB) as per ISO/IEC 17021 and in an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified organization.
